The family-run Kos Island Studios is located in the village of Kefalos, 300 metres away from Kamari Beach. It offers self-catering accommodation and it has a garden with seating area and sun beds. Kos Island studios and apartments are furnished with respect to the local style. They are fitted with a kitchenette equipped with a coffee maker, kettle and mini fridge. All air-conditioned units feature a satellite TV and have a balcony overlooking the garden. The centre of Kefalos village is 800 metres away from the complex. Kos Airport is at 14 km. Free parking is provided on site.

It was wonderful time with family in Kos. So friendly helpfull owners- if you have any question, need recomendation about island, beach, taverna, car rental and etc- they help any time. It were so clean- change every 2 days towels and beds; so nice garden with flowers. For childrens- little sand playground ( maybe some day it have any roof from sun :) ) Poppi let us take vegetables from their garden. The breakfast- it was awesome...different cakes- and sweet, and not with olives, feta and etc..
kaikki arvostelut » The Kos Island Studios are immaculately mantained with beautiful gardens. There are 8 apartments and the business is family run. The owners cannot could not do enough for us during our stay. The breakfast is superb with a lot of variety to chose from each morning (bacon / village sausages / even home baked cakes). The apartments are spotless, cleaned thoroughly every other day and include fast WI-FI and satellite TV. The apartments are well appointed, have nice furniture and even hand wash cre. Kos Island Studios is one of the best places we have ever stayed at. Wonderful owner Popi and her cheerful family will do anything they can to make you feel at home and relaxed. The rooms are large, clean to perfection and come with a kitchenette and a private balcony. The breakfast is a delight: at least 3 types of cakes, all homemade, jams, fresh fruits and vegetables, different pies and a lot more. The structure is located in a nice and quite area at walking distance from the seafront. There. Kos Island Studios are perfect! They are quiet in a wonderful garden, close to everything like beaches, restaurants, supermarket, car rental) the rooms are very clean and fully equipped with toaster, refrigerator, hairdryer, TV, Aircondition - we missed nothing. Everything has a very special family touch and atmosphere. The Breakfast in the nice garden ist marvellous with various things like homemade cakes, cheese, marmelade, eggs, fruits, filter-coffee, milk, juice and we did not miss anythi. The studios are very neat and cozy, with stylish interior and a lush garden. Popi makes delicious breakfast - her fresh home-made cakes are unforgettable! The whole family, including their pets, are very friendly and welcoming. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach, and you can easily reach the village too. As the studios are located a little off the main road, it is very quiet. The whole resort is very laid-back and relaxed. If you don't mind taking a little walk to the beach, this is the best ch. This place was absolutely amazing. The owners were the nicest people I have ever met. They had a dog and cats. They baked us a cake for our friends birthday and even went to the fish market to buy us fish for the 10 of us who were staying there. They showed us how to cook the fish and everything. They gave us information on where to rent scooters, beaches to visit, and where to get groceries. The breakfast was wonderful. Everything was homemade (even the greek yogurt and rice pudding) and all d. Good hotel, great hosts. Hotel is not far from main road of Kos island - you can quickly reach the best sandy beaches, cheap supermarkets and wonderful villages by car. Rooms were very clean and homelike. All electric and electronic appliances were working perfect; beddings were changed every 2 days, besides there was fast Wi-Fi. Breakfast was amazing-home made food, wide choice, afterwards you can even skip lunch. Our return flight was before breakfast time but hosts were kind and made breakfa. Hotel for everybody who looks for quiet time in family atmosphere and very tasteful breakfast:-) Very clean and tidy rooms,You would need car to reach airport in 20 minutes and 10 minutes to Paradise beach, but just few few steps to local shops and bars. Small playground and lawn on front is making place perfect for families with children.Hosts are extremely nice and helpful, so definitely will come back. The keyword is hospitality. From you arrivel you feel welcome. Popi is an excellent host.Very friendly and helpful. Every morning a good and varied buffet type breakfast. By car close to all the nice beaches on Kos. I suggest kos island studios to everyone and I definitely recommend this place. This place was absolutely amazing. The owners were the nicest people I have ever met. They had a dog and cats (also very friendly :)) The breakfast was wonderful. Everything was fresh and homemade, especially cakes. The area near apartment was great for walking. I'm sure I will go there again. Great position, lovely views, fantastic garden, super friendly family, spacious studio with excellent quality fixtures & fittings and loads of clothes storage space. Good WiFi. Good buffet breakfast. Bonus for us was Harry The Hedgehog snuffling round the garden every night at 11.15pm. We loved so much about this hotel such as the rooms, as one bed for parents was in one room and two singles in another for the kids. The hotel was quiet, clean, fresh, in a great location, great family that run the property, small kids play area. Well appointed appartments with kitchenette area and a fantastic choice for breakfast. There is a friendly atmosphere and a great variety of delicious food available for breakfast. Great view from balcony and a quiet location, perfect to relax. Popi was so gentle and hospitable, the studio was absolutely immaculate and well furnished with all the little touches to make it comfortable. The gardens are lovely, we felt very welcome and the breakfast was Fab. Washing machine available. The stuff was very friendly and the facilities were very clean which is very important for us. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. If you like calm and sandy beaches, this is a good location stay. I strongly advise to go to Paradise beach. Everything! The room was above the medium Kos standard, and very clean. Quiet location. We loved how the owners welcome guests...and breakfast was various and delicious (try Popi's homemade pies!). Recommended!. Nice and clean, friendly, delicious breakfast, etc. The silence, the extremely well maintained garden, the amazing breakfast. Absolutely nothing to report!! No negatives...... Nothing, everything was perfect!. Nothing everything was perfect!. Zero. Cash payment preferred. The shower could be improved but it was clean anyway. It is a bit distance from the city center but a very good place to find a calm(without wave) and sandy beach. Water from the tap is not drinkable and we were informed otherwise by the owners. One of us was ill from it. Drinkable water is however available in the breakfast area. Double bed = 2 single beds put together.
