We came from direction Grevena (inlands) and there were signs on the way leading us directly to the hotel. Also there is a map on the website. Hotel is brand new, from Xmas 2007. Room and bathroom were spacious and we loved the balcony with the Meteora view. Location is excellent as it is just away from the noise and only 200m from Kalampaka centre

The hotel is perfectly located: 5 minutes from both Railway Station and Coach Terminal, in the centre of Kalabaka and yet very close to the hiking path to Aghia Triada and Aghios Stefanos.
Our room was large, bright and had modern furnitures-equipments and a large balcony.
The breakfast they served was good and satisfying.
The two landlady-sisters and their niece were very helpful and gave us all the indispensable information to visit Meteora.

The location is the best if you want to visit Meteora Monasteries. There is a swimming pool that my wife could enjoy with the 4 years old kid when we were climbing with the others. We have arrived late evening and the landlady managed with the restaurant at the other side of the road that they did not close at 11pm but prepared dinner for us. -

Two friendly brothers own the hotel and the restaurant that has been
working since 1964. Nice clean rooms, most with one double bed + 1 or

Our two rooms were large, charmingly decorated, with a balcony and fridge each, and extremely good value. Excellent buffet breakfast included eggs and homemade cake. But above all, the welcome and attention from Spiros and Dita was outstanding; both speak perfect English. Spiros gave us useful information on seeing monasteries and where to eat afterwards.
