staff was very helpful, they have replied and adviced my e-mail regarding the transportation to Florina. I was an alone lady but felt safe in the hotel. It is a new hotel, very clean. I stayed just one night, if I ever go to Florina, I'll definetly stay in this hotel. We have loved our visits to Florina and this hotel makes us feel welcome by their wonderful staff. They have a beautiful hotel and wonderful amenities plus a great breakfast!!!.
