  This is a fantastic boutique hotel located at the highest point of the caldera with breathtaking views - the best in Santorini.   Nefeles Luxury Suites is very conveniently located on the rim of the Caldera, near the shops and the cable car. Since we stayed on the highest floor, we could just step out of our room, climb 3 stairs and there we were in the shopping district! The view from our balcony cannot be beaten.   We were a family of four with two older children and had booked a two bedroom apartment. We were surprised to get two separate, but identical, 1 bedroom apartments one above the other. Each apartment was large and breezy, with a spacious living room having the kitchen counter and dining table. Kristos was amazingly responsive and helpful - The staff was really friendly and helpful, and the apartments were perfectly clean. Although our room wifi wasn't working, we were able to connect with another router and they changed our room the next day to solve this little problem. Fira is a 15 minute walk from the apartments and the place is quiet. Pool area also has wifi. I highly recommend it!
