  after a 4 week trip travelling around Europe one of our stops was Santorini for 4 days. we chose Iriana apartments from the few but good trip advisor reviews. we are so glad we did. from the very first moment we arrived they made us feel so welcome and part of the family.   The location was absolutely stunning as you would expect if you stay on the Calderra. Right in the heart of Thira. The room which was very clean was also gorgeous and quirky which was brilliant. The owner was extremely helpful and very welcoming. For a small fee he picked us up from the port and took us to the airport..   We really had a great time. fira (karterados) is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday especially in june. Thea Studios is well located, close to the center, restaurants, bars, etc. You can easily rent a quad and exploring the island with pleasure.   Anemomilos hotel is a very convenient hotel. The room that I stayed at actually included two bedrooms, and a big living room with a kitchen. The toilet also had a jacuzzi in it. Also, because we got the basement apartment we had a big terrace where our friends could meet. But we skipped that and just met all the time by the pool!   Excellent value for money. Good position for a visit to Thira and close to central terminal with all the buses to the rest of the island, ferries and airport. Room is basic but clean with all the facilities agreed in place. A small swimming pool is also available and the girls of the staff are friendly and helpful.
