  The hotel is super! The hotel is very well located - a three-minute walk to the cable car and the stairs that lead to the old port. We had family room. Two floors, two bedrooms, large living room. Jacuzzi is in the bathroom. Very nice and comfortable room with great views and a terrace in front of the entrance! A wide variety of drinks in the mini... mitä ihmiset sanovat » bar. Plenty of towels - to use in the room and take to the beach. The staff is very friendly! They help in any issue. Two speak Russian. Two days we - This is a great hotel. Couldn't really ask for anything more. If you truly want to enjoy Santorini and make the most of your time, stay here. We didn't have to worry about finding a mediocre restaurant with a view because we had a 24 hour view right from the comfort of our room. And with a patio you could buy some wine or beer and sit outside as long as you wanted. Not to mention that this isn't a large hotel, so you really feel catered to. Every morning breakfast was brought to us in our room,

  In the heart of Fira. Metres from the cable car and main tourist shopping area. Everything was within walking distance to Fira. Also the hotel was ideally situated for out of town excursions. 30 metres to our scooter and the main road out of the tourist hub. Staff were excellent, very helpful and professional. The hotel had many different tucked away patios and seating - Lava Suites & Lounge was the best hotel during my travel alone in Greece. I love everything there. Don't mention the location, amazing view you can see from the room and the terrace, the room facilities and decoration, the welcome wine and fruits. All staff there are nice and very helpful, especially Rigas, he is really professional, arranged a every just perfect.   Magnificent view of caldera and sunsets, as described. Upon arrival were surprised to have a suite with fridge and cooking facilities instead of only a double room with extra cot as ordered. This was very beneficial as we saved money on breakfasts and enjoyed hospitality on our balcony.   The staff, especially the proprietress, were really helpful friendly and thoughtful. They all spoke good English. We immediately felt at home - among friends. Our room was pleasant, airy and had a view of the sea from its balcony. Eva, the hostess is a wonderfully friendly and helpful person. We didn't arrive until midnight, she left us a welcome note and instructions about the key. She went so far as to make us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave to catch the midnight ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean, and the beds are the softest I've experienced in Greece so far. The pool area is as good as any luxury hotel, and the outdoor gardens are lovely.

If we had any questions about transport, local attractions and things to do then they would organise everything for us which made our stay so much easier. We got our private swimming pool and jakozi as well. The location was perfect and its just 5 minutes walk to fira city center so don't worry about the location. I will stay in this hotel again if I come again to Santorini

  The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. If I came back to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again. - The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
