Emanuel , the owner of the hotel is a very gentle, hardworking and helpfull person. Of course it is not a 5 star hotel, but the room size is very nice for a comfortable stay. the hotel is quite close to the center, you can take the way to the center beside the sea view and with Emanuels directions you can easily find each and every attraction point. I highly recomend the hotel

I like everything there. Gorge who's the owner of the hotel is excellent. He picked us up, gave us a lift which I wasn't sure I will get that service. Gorge gave us all the information to get around. Would recommend this hotel. Eva, the hostess is a wonderfully friendly and helpful person. We didn't arrive until midnight, she left us a welcome note and instructions about the key. She went so far as to make us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave to catch the midnight ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean, and the beds are the softest I've experienced in Greece so far. The pool area is as good as any luxury hotel, and the outdoor gardens are lovely.

The staff / owners went out of their way for us. Even arranging red roses and french champagne in the room as a special treat for my daughter from her boyfriend back home. The offer to pick us up from the port and also drop us at the airport was a wonderful help.

Very friendly stuff, vey close to the city and the bus station. - The Lignos is a very modern and contemporary hotel and I was veryimpressed with the standard of hotel and the price. It is 5 mins walkto the ferry port and you can catch a bus across from the port whichtakes you to the marina which is nice for a wander, something to eatand a drink.
