  The staff, especially the proprietress, were really helpful friendly and thoughtful. They all spoke good English. We immediately felt at home - among friends. Our room was pleasant, airy and had a view of the sea from its balcony. We made good use of the tiny whitewashed traffic free streets (well apart from the occasional motorbike or mule train) that we accessed from the - Would recommend this hotel. Eva, the hostess is a wonderfully friendly and helpful person. We didn't arrive until midnight, she left us a welcome note and instructions about the key. She went so far as to make us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave to catch the midnight ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean, and the beds are the softest I've experienced in Greece so far. The pool area is as good as any luxury hotel, and the outdoor gardens are lovely.

  Hotel very clean and staff helpful. breakfast could be more interesting but plenty of choice. coffee dreadful would not bother offering it. pool fantastic and so clean. pool bar quite expensive but we found that all over santorini. bathroom quite old, showers would be better as the bath was quite high to get in and out and for someone old wou... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ld be difficult. some works needs doing to update the hotel a little, we found the shutters in our bedroom did not close properly so if we had some w - Pretty good value for money. The hotel lacks the famous 'caldera view' (yet these views are available at less than 5 minutes walking distance) which saves a huge amount on the room rates. Decent rooms, including a bottle of wine ('with compliments') Nice pool & ditto garden

  The view and the swimming pool (unfortunately they close it at 7 pm) - Location was very good, large pool, and bar area were excellent. Good Breakfast was important as I have teenage boys.

  The staff were very polite, happy and always willing to help. upon arrival we were upgraded to a superior suite for free and we had an amazing view of the ocean and island. If we had any questions about transport, local attractions and things to do then they would organise everything for us which made our stay so much easier. Pool area is really nice and relaxing and t - Everything was perfect in this hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful and they upgraded our stay to junior suite as they noticed that we were extremely tired after 8 hours trip in the ferry. We got our private swimming pool and jakozi as well. The location was perfect and its just 5 minutes walk to fira city center so don't worry about the location. I will stay in this hotel again if I come again to Santorini
