There is nothing to complain about. We are arrived and they upgraded us to a deluxe room. The hotel was very clean and up to date (since they renovated it around six months ago). The receptionist tried her very hardest to make sure we were comfortable (a very big plus) and the breakfast was amazing, since it was freshly cooked.

The owners Maria and Georgio are very friendly and helpful people, you hardly ever meet. We had a problem with our car and Georgio drove us I don't know how many times to the garage. But over all the room was splendid, the breakfast excellent and the service great. So will never forget our stay there, thanks a lot -

We stayed at the Grand Serai while my wife recieved treatment in Ioanina university hospital. The staff were very happy to help with local information, directions and comunications, for example sending and recieving faxes when we found we needed additional insurance documents for the hospital. It was a peeceful well prosented and professional hotel
