Even like the food, as we were staying halfboard (which for us is very unusual, as we usually like to dine in different places each and every evening).   The staff at reception were fantastic. We had some problems with our flights to the island and the reception staff were outstanding in helping us to resolve them. We felt like they really cared and wanted to do anything to ensure our stay in Zakinthos was relaxing and fun. The service was better than I have seen anywhere around the world. - I travel through luxury hotels an this one was in top, I care about location and this hotel was quiet and comfortable on the side of a touristic area.
