  Excellent staff (very welcoming and efficient) with good English spoken. Given a choice of room facing courtyard (quiet) or room facing street (with great view but slightly noisier) Large spacious room with seating area, Very clean and well furnished. WiFi in room (free). Reaching Alexander Platz is just a10 min journey. Overall a very well appointed hotel, fantastic value for money compared with other hotels and staff were extremely attentive and helpful.
