  The staff were very helpful and the facility was clean and we'll appointed. Breakfast was superb. The location was the only issue -although technically in the city center it is somewhat isolated and there is little by way of shops or restaurants in the immediate area. Although on S-Bahn, the routes require changes to get anywhere interesting. Private parking at the back of the hotel was a convenience. All in all...we will go back!

  Staff was very nice. Good restaurant with expensive but food you could eat. They even cooked some delicious wiener schnitzel for us that was not on the menu. Breakfast was good but they could use some personal cooking like omelets or fried eggs made on the spot. Beautiful view of the Rhine from our junior suite. Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.
