  Simply the best hotel I have ever been (no exaggeration). The owner is a couple who were quite friendly. You can figure out that they put all their minds on every very little detail. It worth every penny for the stay: The room is pretty big and excellent decoration.   We required a late check out and the staff were extremely obliging and helpful. I would rate this hotel highly on all counts...staff, accomodation, position and restaurant. - The rooms was excellent and so was the service and the restaurant.

  A pleasant enough hotel, further from Fussen than we had realised (about 8km) but in a pleasant rural setting on the main (but not busy) road. There is a reasonable restaurant attached - when we arrived an had to go into the restaurant to check in everyone was staring at us! We had an excellent 4 night stop here with large, well appointed bedroom with en suite. Balcony at the front overlooking the Weissensee Lake. Excellent waitress cover in the very busy restaurant below. Ideal for visiting Fussen for shopping etc and for sightseeing at nearby Neushwanstein Castle

  Incredible place! Barbara and her staff made our stay absolutely wonderful - we hated to leave! Our room was beautifully decorated in traditional Bavarian style and our room had a breathtaking view of the Alps. The food was fantastic (beer, too!) and the nightly entertainment was the icing on the cake. Can't wait to go back again.
