  First of all I would like to thank the personal of the hotel for their hospitality, opennes and helpfulness. My family spent 2 wonderful weeks at Hotel Bärenstüberl during Xmas holidays.I Would highly recommed to visit this hotel due to the following reasons: 1. It is located in a very beautiful and calm place (5 min from the famous lake Königssee... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ). 2/ The hotel has a very good restaurant serving traditional bavarian and international cuisine. 3/ Very good price/value ratio. 4/ a lot of opportu - All was wonderfull! Hotel is located near one of the most beautiful lakes - "Koenigsee" (this lake is similar to the Norwegian fjords!!!), near a big national park and near many interesting german and austrian sights to))) Children were very happy with swimming pool))) Ilya was very frendly and helpfull (he is owner of this nice hotel) Many thanks for a good holidays!!!

  Very nice view from the front rooms, the breakfast is great and the breakfast room (restaurant) is fantastic. Ask the hotel to be picked up at the station, the chef is fantastic and also the driver. It is a beautiful town, but please do not try to go anywhere on public holidays, there is not much public transport.
