  This hotel was very nice the resturant had great food the beer was good. The room was very nice and modern and clean. The staff was very helpful ,we liked that the hotel has a garage underground. Everything you need is right there at this hotel rest,food,and drinks. - Our room was spectacular, staff was very friendly and helpful.   The staff were brilliant and their English was superb, unlike our German! We stayed for dinner at the hotel twice of our four nights and it was excellent, we ate the same meal both nights! The city centre of Heidelberg can be reached by tram in about 10 minutes.
