  The hotel was in a lovely setting, near the top of large hill/small mountain. It had fabulous views and was neat and beautifully maintained. Although we arrived very late, at almost 11pm, having phoned to apologise, we were still provided with a cold dinner.   The room was fantastic, clean, huge, big balcony looking over the Caracalla. It was decorated in a good mix between modern/contemporary. It was nice that you could even close the barrier between the two main rooms for more privacy. The room was not at all "dated" like many other fancy hotels. The breakfast was great, fantastic selection. Fresh squeezed - Everything was excellent - room, location (3 minutes to Caracalla Terme),breakfast with shrimps, sparkling wine, strawberries, blackberries, other fruits, cheese and many other delicacies, bathrobes and tea-coffee making facilities in the room. Everytime you bought tickets to Caracalla Terme you received one additional hour as a gift from the hotel. Excellent quality. The best hotel in Baden-Baden to visit Caracalla Terme.

  The staff was very polite. (Both in the reception services and breakfast services.) The location is really good. Forest all around. We stayed at 307 and our room also had a forest view with a balcony. We stated at the hotel with two kids (6 years old and 2 months old). I can say our stay was very comfortable. The open buffet was gre - The hotel is in the middle of the forest, the view in the morning is breathtaking! The metro station is a 5 minute walk away. The hotel is warm and cozy, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The spa has an open deck with a view of the forest. Free high speed Internet! Breakfast was free even though it wasn't part of the room plan. Doors and windows are sound proof. The room's design was a blend of modern and shabby which we loved!
