  This was our second stay at Heiligenstein and we highly recommend it. It is NOT in Baden Baden (10 min drive) but is in a very beautiful and quiet area among vineyards with nice views from many rooms. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming.   I would like to recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to relax. It is a great place for relaxation, the rooms are very well furnished, the view is great, the staff are very nice that you feel at home and Baden Baden is just 15 min. by car .   The staff was very polite. (Both in the reception services and breakfast services.) The location is really good. Forest all around. We stayed at 307 and our room also had a forest view with a balcony. We stated at the hotel with two kids (6 years old and 2 months old). I can say our stay was very comfortable. The open buffet was gre - The hotel is in the middle of the forest, the view in the morning is breathtaking! The metro station is a 5 minute walk away. The hotel is warm and cozy, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The spa has an open deck with a view of the forest. Free high speed Internet! Breakfast was free even though it wasn't part of the room plan. Doors and windows are sound proof. The room's design was a blend of modern and shabby which we loved!
