  Staff is not always in reception, but she is nice and of all help. I stayed in a room with shared bathroom, and I found that it is 4 rooms sharing 2 big bathrooms. Simple and nice buffet breakfast. Staying in Kirchzarten you can get a Black Forest guest card for free transportation. Heading to Freiburg or Titisee is very convenient.   The hotel was spotless, beds comfortable, ensuite perfect. Free coffee, tea and fruit juice all day till 22:00. No drinking facilities in your room but there was a fridge. Relaxingly quiet.   We staid just a night there, cause our flight was early in the morning. In the morning the taxi picked us up und brought to the airport (it is included in the room prise). Also we left our car in the hotel. That was a nice thing to pick it up so close to the airport after the trip. Impressive bad with enough space to take a nice relaxing shower withour hitting your elbows when you move.Nice relaxing bed-not to hard,not to soft ...and my favourite -really/real soundproof rooms,not some empty claims.
