  Loved this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The location was in the middle of no where and just what we wanted. Dinner on the terrace with the wonderful Black Forest in the distance - amazing! - Friendly atmosphere. Rooms are big and clean, some have a terrasse.   This was my second stay and as good as the first. Everything is just great about this obviously family run hotel. - Loved the balcony and felt very welcomed. We would highly recommend Hotel Hirsch.

  The apartments are richly equipped and tastefully decorated. Everything you'll possibly need is there. The lady who rents the apartments is very kind and helpful. Location can't be better: right In the center of the Swarzwald and within 3/4 hour drive to Strassbourg. Good local information in the room. Nicely decorated with candles and nick nacks. Bathroom had everything. Even had a first aid kit. Had a mini bar with reasonable prices.
