We haven't used the free transportation tickets, because city centre is rather small, but option itself is appreciated.   Most important is one key per person. Not one between two. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Central location of hotel. - The location was great. There were plenty of stores and restaurants in the local area. The pool was a lot of fun.
