Highly recommended. - I had the chance of meeting and talking with staff of the hostel. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was very big. There were three bunk beds in a room for four. The toilet and showing facilities were also excellent for a hostel. I was sick and it was comfortable staying in bed for a day to rest. I'd recommend this place to friends.

  The position was fantastic. S Bahn outside the door, yet only two blocks and you were over the ever at the first Museums . Trams outside the door also. Staff were more helpful and friendly than anywhere else, happy to make me a cup of tea late at night. Washing facilities, everything new, large room and bathroom. Matti was extra helpful as was a female staff member with great Englis - Great location for exploring berlin, easy walk to all major site's and metro right outside front door. Place was very clean, room was a good size, had a good bathroom, was quiet and was very cheap for quality of rooms. Building also had a kitchen available to use and also free washing machine and dryer which is very handy. It's a mix of dorms and private hotel rooms (which i had) and i would stay here again when in Berlin.

Nicely located in East Berlin, it's minutes away from Alexanderplatz, underground and some of the most famous Berlin monuments. Nothing to complain about here. Staff is superb. There's no breakfast at the hotel - my best advice here is to go to Alex restaurant (located in the bottom of the TV Tower), you can get buffet breakfast for 7 euros every day from 9 to 12. In the evening you can have dinner round around the corner in a couple of very nice german
