  The staff were very friendly, they helped us upon arrival. The Place were quite and as they don't have many rooms we didn't se so many other guests. We probably got the best room, right at the toilet and reception. The hostel were close to the metrostation - Nice, clean and cozy room.   The hostel was clean and friendly and was in a part of town with easy access to the city centre. I liked the no-fuss approach of the place. I really appreciated the info that the staff gave me on travelling around Berlin and the way they went out of their way to ensure that I had a good stay. - The staff is very very helpful & friendly.   During my visit it was really cold in Berlin so it was nice to have a warm and clean place with cosy atmosphere, a good basis to discover the city.   The service for the personal - I was surprised - I hardly stay in Hostels (prefer hotels), because I always get quite stressed to what I'll find whenever I reach them. Extremely friendly welcome attendant (thrusday Oct 2nd, at night). I would come back to stay in a single room again.

  I loved the location, it was very close to the cool areas of berlin andyet quiet and safe. Also, the cleanliness was above par for a hostel.They computers where free also which was awesome. Also, I arrived quietlate and the girl said it was no problem and she waited for me to getthere before she left...which was awesome :) - U inn is a great hotel ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » in a very good location in Berlin! It is a new hotel, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is very friendly! It is also important to have free internet access and of course the room rate is amazing!!!

  This is a place with its own absolutely awesome atmosphere. Cool designed hostel with good music in public area, the bar with special prices from 6 till 8 p.m., the club with lady-nights, photo-booth, just a place for rest and chatting with young people all over the world - all in one)))) Location is great for city tour and for other time-spendin... mitä ihmiset sanovat » g (metro-station, S-bahn, buses to airport are in 5 min of walking). Also you can get to the city centre and to the main sightseeing places by foot. B - I was placed in a room with three guys who didn't understand hostel etiquette and who came in at 2.30am talking and laughing as loudly as possible. After a couple of hours of putting up with this I went downstairs to ask the guy at reception if he could do anything about it. He very kindly transferred me to another room. I was so grateful to him, I don't know his name but he ensured the rest of my stay was a pleasant one. Thanks!!!

Highly recommended. - I had the chance of meeting and talking with staff of the hostel. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was very big. There were three bunk beds in a room for four. The toilet and showing facilities were also excellent for a hostel. I was sick and it was comfortable staying in bed for a day to rest. I'd recommend this place to friends.
