  Sujuva palvelu, hyvä aamiainen, hyvä sijainti - The location is in the center of the city, the room and the hotel facilities were in high level, and the staff was very nice. - The service was exceptionally good. When we ordered room service, out food came relatively fast and was delicious.

  We had a problem with our room (it was smelling smoke) and people from reception had a quick and nice reaction, they changed our room, thing that we appreciate a lot. Breakfast is quite good with a german touch (muesli, german delicatessen and german cheeses, german bread). This is a really confortable hotel (beds and comforters...). Well located... mitä ihmiset sanovat » (5/10 min from Museum Island, 10 min from Alex / Postadamer platz by Ubahn+walk, 20 min by walking from Brandenburg Tor). - The staff was very helpful in providing excellent restaurant recommendations within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was situated within walking distance of Museum Island and the Nikolaiviertel so sightseeing was easy. Having a subway station across the street gave us convenient access to the rest of Berlin.

  Hotelli erittäin siisti ja palvelu hyvää. Lounge oli iloinen yllätys. - We liked that it wasn't on beachfront Berlin, it was 8 mins walk away from Potsdamer Platz which was perfect to take in all the historical sights nonetheless. It was great value for money and we were very comfortable for the 2 night stay. - I stayed there for the marathon, and if I had to check out at standard 12.00, I'd have not been able to take a shower in the hotel after the race. When i told this to the hotel's manager, I was offered a late check-out before 3 p.m. without any surcharge. That was very nice of them.

  Loistava hotelli, suositan kaikille. Hyvä sijainti. Erittäin asiantunteva ja auttamishaluinen henkilökunta. Loistava aamupala. - Nice hotel, facilities (pool, gym), good bar with good live music,excellent service. Great location: 5 minutes from Zooloschen Garden and Banderburg Gate. Buses run every 5 minutes. It was our second time there and we will go again.
