  Very good located in "Kreuzberg" with lots of nice bars and restaurants next door. Perfect as a starting point for a city trip. New and modern rooms and bathroom with all you need. Big flat Screen.   Great location for all the huge amount of bars/restaurants etc of the area, but quiet rooms overlooking large inner courtyard. Also only 4 stops on ubahn to alexanderplatz.alos close to a tram taking you all the way round danzigerstrasse direct to the heart of another great hangout area called prenzlauer berg. ( cultural brewery and prater beergar... mitä ihmiset sanovat » den etc...). everything spotlessly clean. Was given a good sized double for sole occupancy which was much appreciated. Really nice to kick back on the - Location of this hotel is very good! It was easy to get there from airport Schönefeld sxf‏. You can take Airport Express train rb14 and get to "Alexanderplatz" station. Change here to subway u5 line following to "Hönow". Get off on "Frankfurter Tor" station and just walk a bit to hotel. It was pretty silent in the evening as well as in the morning when I woke up. Big comfortable room was nice designed!

The location is excellent. 1-2 minute walk from Alexanderplatz station where underground, tram and city train can be found. There are many places near by that rent bikes including the hotel itself. After getting off the train and going in to a nearby tall hotel to ask for directions to The Holiday Inn, after the way I was treated by 3 members of staff of that hotel by just asking a simple question, it was pleasure to know that we had not booked to stay and that hotel and instead had opted for The Holiday Inn.   We loved the location but it might not be for everyone, it was not even a 5 minute walk to Alexander platz which was great as where we stayed was quite quiet. The staff were excellent and the hotel was lovely and always immaculate! We would definitely return. - While not most modern it is well maintained & managed. Everything worked as it should and staff friendly and extremely helpful. (Stefanie the best concierge we have sruck - anywhere). Two minutes walk to public transport and tickets available at hotel. Complimentary croissants and coffee from 5.30 to 6.30 great for early departure.
