  Brilliant!! We traveled to Heidelberg with our 13 year old son to experience a traditional Christmas Market. The location of the hotel was amazing. It was a bit of a walk from the train station, but absolutely perfect for shopping, eating, and sightseeing. We didn't have many encounters with staff, but the few we saw were friendly.
