  We were given a very warm welcome from the staff, who were all very friendly and helpful and most spoke good English.The breakfast was exceptional, a fantastic spread. This hotel is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Its location is ideal a few minutes walk from main railway station and also the old quarter and the river.   The rooms were very quant but pleasent. Walking distantance to both the train station and the center for shopping. We enjoyed the Christmas market. Nice continental breakfast and free parking onsite and internet in our room. We would stay again in any BB hotel in the future.   One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The personel were extremely attentive, and practically predicted our wishes. The staff was great with recommendations and made all the necessary arrangements for dinner reservations (and changing them when we got caught up in shopping) ...etc. The service in this hotel was second to none. The dining area was large, well designed and the breakfast was very good. I will stay there again if I return to Dresden. Staff were very professional.
