  Meitä oli 2 aikuista ja 4 lasta(1,3,12,15) joten oli hyvä että tilaa oli reilusti, siksi valitsimmekin huoneiston jossa oli helppo valmistaa/lämmittää mikrossa ruokaa. Kuvauksen mukaan huoneistossa olisi pitänyt olla myös pakastin ja silitysrauta mutta niitä ei ainakaan meidän huoneistosta löytynyt :( (silityslauta oli kylläkin...) Helppo tapa asua suuressa kaupungissa jos nimenomaan arvostaa omaa rauhaa. Huoneiden ja kylpyhuoneiden siisteys ja hyväkuntoisuus oli positiivinen yllätys.

  staff where way beyond the minimum expectations. they where realy warm and helpfull, let me use their own private phone when i needed to call, helped with bus reservations etc. - It was very quite even though it was in the center of the shopping/business district.   This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice. Rooms on the 5th floor were silent and spacious, as were the bathrooms (with all amenities provided). Beds could be a softer though.   Beautiful hotel with great design and view over the railway, best location next to fantastic restaurants, bars, shops and were able to find a parking spot just outside every night. The reception personnel were ok, the girls at the breakfast buffet (which was fantastic) were very polite and helpful - they surely deserved the tip. We are definitely coming back to Berlin and to this hote - Awesome staff especially front desk! Isabelle was very helpful. Rooms size was perfect with comfortable King bed. Location awesome to get anywhere with the S-Bhangra only a block away. Several great local restaurants. Go to Berlin for ITB every year and already looking forward to return visit.

  My 2 sons and I really enjoyed this quaint hotel that is a hop and a skip from the Berlin zoo and the Zoo Station S-Bahn and U-Bahn. So much to see in the vicinity of the hotel, and everything else was an easy train ride to. We really loved the outside architecture (cool staircase) and then we always took the flights of stairs to the lobby level (... mitä ihmiset sanovat » but there is an elevator), and then the spiral staircase up one flight. The rooms were clean and comfortable. . . and free wifi! Just down from ur Hot - The location is perfect if You want to shop around Kudam or visit this part of Berlin. And if You want to go east, metro station with direct connection to Warshauer strasse is just few meters. Staff is very helpfull, speaks well english + other languages. It can get hot in summer due to big windows, but the aircon works well. I would suggest takeing the little more expensive comfort room because standard one is very small (at least mine was).   The location is brilliant- really close to local shops, transport, restaurants, cafes, etc. Really easy and quick to get into town centre. The appartment is very bright and comfortable.   Excellent location (very good connection with Berlin Schonefeld Airport, easy to get to main attractions) around many shops, restaurants and short distance to Lidl, very nice and very clean apartment with all facilities what we need (kettle, fridge, toaster), comfortable beds, very helpful and friendly staff, good price for apartment in the center... mitä ihmiset sanovat » of the city. If we were in Berlin again, we would stay there again :) - We arrived late at night, but the check-in was no problem as the key was stored in a safety box which we opened with a pin code we received in our online bill. The location is fantastic. Right near the Ku'Damm and close to shopping and restaurants. The apartment was big and very modern. A very good value for money.

I felt super comfortable there and I'd say it was the best hotel I've stayed in the entire trip. If I return to Berlin I would definitely stay there again.
