This is a newly established hotel and therefore has some growing pains, however all that is overcome by a Gracious host and owner Christine. She was welcoming and invited to join her for wine and conversation in the evening.   Excelent location - about 20-30 minutes walking to Alexanderplatz. The street is not very noisy and the windows of our rooms were in the backyard.   Good location and a nice courtyard. I was scared at first because I had to call from out front with my cell but they answered straight away and it posed no problem. There was a nice little map showing nearby laudromats, markets, restaurants, etc. This was helpful but also necessary since their was no staff at any time to ask.
