  The wiev from room, room in color, the friendly receptor. - The location was right near BMW's Munich complex (about a 10-minute walk) and the view from our room was pretty nice. The hotel staff was great - very friendly and offered suggestions of things to do while we were there. It was also nice that they were dressed in Oktoberfest garb.

  Reception was extremely helpful. That is most needed for family with kids. Breakfast and service was excellent. Rooms were clean and neat. Best value for money. - The hotel has a good position to the olympia stadium where I was at the rock concert.

  The hotel is at a great location - close to the subway and tram. Good restaurants in the area. The hotel's decor is awesome - looks even better than the pics in the web. The rooms are clean and modern and have a lot of space (the room with the bathtub was a bit more cramped than the one with the shower - but still not small). There were delicious chocolates, free coffee & tea, and spices for cooking. It was about a 30 minute walk to the city center, but the metro could also be taken to get you there much quicker.   The host Christian was very welcoming and had lots of information about Munich for us. The apartment was perfect for our stay I.E. clean, in a great spot and all the facilities we needed to be ccomfortable. - Christian (the owner) is very attentive and kind and goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying yourself.

  Great stay! Very clean! I would take the number 21 or 20 tram to get to the hotel and get off at Leonrodstrasse. It is easier than the metro with suitcases and all. Great staff! - Quick access to the city via tram. Free parking on the street. Excellent value for money.
