  Enough places around the hotel to grab a snack, breakfast, coffee or a good german weisner. The hotel does not have reception but there is friendly staff around to help you. Late check in was not a problem, until 24:00. Coffee (nespresso 3 cups) was indeed available in the room and was refilled every morning.   Great location to start a day of sightseeing. Close to Zoo station and shopping area, but thanks to soundproof windows quiet at night.   Our stay was absolutely perfect! Ms. Kirova at they front desk always remembered our names, and was so friendly. She was so kind when we unexpectedly arrived early, and she helped store our bags until a room could be prepared for us. Her recommendations for restaurants and shopping were perfect every time.   This is one of the best 3* hotels I've ever been to. Staff was VERY friendly. Room was clean and spacious (no. 7). Breakfast was delicious with variety of food to choose from. Localization is perfect - quite with lots of small restaurants at Savigny Platz and just a 2 minute walk to S-bahn station.
