  All staff were very helpful and polite. We were made to feel very welcome from the start of our holiday. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had excellent facilities. Superb choice at breakfast too. Prime location, 10 minutes walk from the Festhalle/Messe and the No.17 tram stop right outside the hotel. Many reviews have issues with the area, but this doesnt reflect on the hotel to me. Outside on the streets: prostitutes, drug dealers, mayhem. A suitable hotel for a blitz biz trip only.
