  Tullessamme hotelliin siellä oli ylibookkaus ja meille ei löytynythuonetta ensimmäiseksi yöksi. Meidät sijoitettiin toiseen viidentähden hotelliin lähistölle. Hotellissa ei ollut mitäänvalittamista ja kuljetukset ym. Toimivat moitteettomasti.Toiseksiyöksi saimme korvaukseksi Concordesta sviitin aamiaisella ja tämäoli loistavaa! A lot of design furniture. - Spa facilities are small but work very good. - Staff is really friendly and helpful. - Perfect location to stroll around Tiergarten and the zoo, more or less quiet street, very cleen and nicely decorated rooms, stuff is very helpful. As advertised, the hotel was situated directly on the Ku'Damm close to the U-Bahn station/bus route. Free public parking when available. The hotel was so nice we wished we could have spent more time there if we hadn't done so much sightseeing! - Everything! I can't say enough terrific things about this property.
