I was able to shower and stow my luggage prior togetting into the room because I arrived a bit early, the hotel wasexcellent in terms of service, amenities, cleanliness.   Tullessamme hotelliin siellä oli ylibookkaus ja meille ei löytynythuonetta ensimmäiseksi yöksi. Meidät sijoitettiin toiseen viidentähden hotelliin lähistölle. Hotellissa ei ollut mitäänvalittamista ja kuljetukset ym. Toimivat moitteettomasti.Toiseksiyöksi saimme korvaukseksi Concordesta sviitin aamiaisella ja tämäoli loistavaa!   Enough places around the hotel to grab a snack, breakfast, coffee or a good german weisner. The hotel does not have reception but there is friendly staff around to help you. Late check in was not a problem, until 24:00. Coffee (nespresso 3 cups) was indeed available in the room and was refilled every morning.
