  The service, the enthusiasm of the hotel Team from the guy at the door to the girls in the bar and restaurant was outstanding. The service was of the absolute highest standard and quality. They all made our stay in Cologne a memorable one. Well done to the Hotel!! - From the first moment we arrived the staff was extremely helpful and kind.   The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful, could not fault in anyway. Location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the Dom and HBF. Rooms clean and spacious, with plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Breakfast great choice and plentiful, Moon Bar open 24 hours with a good choice of drinks. Location was very good, within minutes walking to the shopping street and cathedral in Koln. Room was very clean and well equipped.
