  The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved. The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good). If you prefer the metro the nearest station is just down the street. The parking area is great; they charge 15euro/day.   The the location of this hotel was amazing, Located halfway between Checkpoint Charlie and a remaining portion of the wall with a great exhibit. The hotel was new and very clean but I had a few problems which I will give in details on the next section but the hotel staff adjusted my bill to reflect these issues and were very courteous. Moreover, the confort of the room: my wife and I had read several negative reports about a supposed "glass wall" in the room, between the toilette and the bedroom, but that turned out in-existent. Maybe the problem had been satisfactorily solved!
