  The staff was very friendly and even though we weren't suppose to get our room until 3 pm, the front desk made an effort so we could get it sooner (at 11am). And in the room they had brought in a nice baby bett with covers and everything. The hotel is situated in the historical part of Garmish and you have all bars and restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful.   Excellent location in the middle of the city, with great parking in the back of the hotel. We had a family room, which were two double rooms with shared hall and shared bathroom. Very good restaurant, both dinner and breakfast. Just good all around. Enjoyed it.

The owners are personally involved in the daily management and they give you feeling of "being at home" from the very first minute. We were constantly asked whether "everyting is ok" and if we have additional wishes.
