  First of all I must say I don't really get all the negative comments the Potsdamer Inn got here on letsbookhotel.com. Yes it's not the most luxurious hotel in Berlin as well as not the best located one. But the price corresponds and it offers a great value for money.   I really like the time that I spent in this hostel. The location is very convenient and close to the historical center of Berlin. So You can go by foot for sightseeng. Especially I would like to mention the great breakfast which is so useful for a traveler! =) - The hostel is big but cozy.   The location is super. The quality was super in comparison for price. Good comfortable beds. Nice design in the rooms. - Excellent location, within walking distance of many places of interest. Stasi exhibition, Topography of Terror, Checkpoint Charlie, all in the immediate vicinity. Good mix of clientel young, kids, mature, business etc. Checkpoint Charlie about 200yds away. Amazing chocolate shop around corner. Staff were friendly and always helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had, great choice. Healthy fruit and cereals to bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs.   It was really clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly and the location was pretty good too. I stayed in a single room with attached bathroom. Although the hotel is situated next to a train line, my windows faced an inner yard and it was nice and quiet so I slept really well. The hotel has really cosy common rooms with pool, huge TV set, boardgames etc but hardly anyone ever used it! - The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. Table tennis was also great fun. The hotel is very clean and the facilities are very functional.
