We had a lovely room,great location, the swimming pool was great, the dining room has an amazing chef that makes amazing food, but best of all the staff were all wonderful.   The staff was remarcable and very helpfull. The locaiton is absolutely perfect, you have it all - tourist atractions, restaurants (even running sushi - my favourite), shopping, transport...   One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The personel were extremely attentive, and practically predicted our wishes. The staff was great with recommendations and made all the necessary arrangements for dinner reservations (and changing them when we got caught up in shopping) ...etc. The service in this hotel was second to none. The dining area was large, well designed and the breakfast was very good. I will stay there again if I return to Dresden. Staff were very professional.

The rooms are not big as you would expect for this price, but equipped well with the most modern equipment and everything is very well thought through and convenient.
