  Absolutely everything!!! Great hotel. We had a lovely room,great location, the swimming pool was great, the dining room has an amazing chef that makes amazing food, but best of all the staff were all wonderful.   The staff was remarcable and very helpfull. The locaiton is absolutely perfect, you have it all - tourist atractions, restaurants (even running sushi - my favourite), shopping, transport... The hotel is also very nice and breakfast is great. And the offer I got from letsbookhotel.com was unbelivable!!! - Every thing. The service was excellent and the rooms and furnishings were classy and comfortable, and the hotel location right next to the Frauenkirche in the center of the "old" (sightseeing part of the) city was great.   One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The personel were extremely attentive, and practically predicted our wishes. The staff was great with recommendations and made all the necessary arrangements for dinner reservations (and changing them when we got caught up in shopping) ...etc. The service in this hotel was second to none. The dining area was large, well designed and the breakfast was very good. I will stay there again if I return to Dresden. Staff were very professional.
