All the staff are friendly and helpful especially the head waiter who accommodated us for dinner despite us not having a reservation, The room and public areas are furnished with real taste and style. I stayed for three nights and despite the great facilities and complimentary drinks, I must say that the greatest asset of this hotel is the staff.   Service was phenomenal. Were escorted to our room by the young woman who help us at the desk; showed us how everything worked in the room. Restaurant was excellent with nice bar adjacent. Live music, yet you could still have a conversation. When I remembered later in the evening I called and the lady at the reception was kind enough to locate my phone through house keeping. Excellent room, very clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom with rain shower and bathtub with l'occitane toiletries.
