  The hotel was excellent in ever respect. We received a warm welcome.In fact we had called to ask whether we could drop off our luggage earlier in the day since we were arriving in the morning. The breakfasts were deliciousand for us,the location was fine. We had a beautifully decorated room: the Angel room. Breakfast was lovely and served in a charming dining room. It is close to tram line for city and railway station destinations. One feature we loved was the large grassy backyard - nice to relax barefooted for a while. For us the highlight was our wonderfully helpful host, who helped us repair a broke
