  This was my second stay at the Fairmont Vier Jahreszeiten. I stayedthere last December, for the first time and it ruined me for any otherhotel for ever and ever! - Wonderful grand dame of Hamburg, first rate location, will return for sure. Excellent staff.

  The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions. Location was excellent: 3 closeby train stations and very central, beside Alster lake, closeby touristy spots. The rooms were new, very comfy beds (difficult to leave the room!) Price was reasonable for the convenience. Short walk to Town Hall square and lake. Very helpful staff at reception. Seuss penthouse suite which was superb and excellent value. Can't really fault the hotel except the design of the ground floor areas is rather bland and uninteresting.

  So well appointed, everything one might normally expect in a classy hotel was there. A neat touch was the magazine rack, even if we couldn't read German! The staff were excellent and able converse easily in English which enhanced the visit for us. I will definitely stay here again, and I have already reccommneded it to friends and colleague

  The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, very close to the subway, and perhaps 15 minutes walk to the train station. The street is calm and full of restaurants and shops, though not loud or late open. It's situated close to a park and the Alsterlake. The breakfast was lovely (home style), and the japanese couple running the hotel (?) adorable. We got - Good location of the hotel. The hotel staff tries to maintain the purity, cleaning and change of towels every day, all disinfected. Breakfast, of course, simple, in particular, for those who like variety, but everything is fresh. Table neatly arranged. One of the advantages of the hotel is the absence of noise.

  I had a single room, which was small, but served the purpose that I needed. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and I really appreciated the free wifi! The shower had great water pressure and overall the room was just fine.
