  Hi, I stayed at your hotel as I was running in the Berlin half marathon. On a practical level everything in the hotel worked well and was spotlessly clean. The staff were as friendly as could be and made us feel totally at home. Small requests were greeted with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. Big hotspots like Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburger Tor, Reichstag, Bundestag and Holocaust Denkmal are doable walking. I can recommend this hotel to anyone!

Yes it's not the most luxurious hotel in Berlin as well as not the best located one. But the price corresponds and it offers a great value for money. I don't like a big breakfast meal, but Hotel I31 has an option for coffee and rolls for Euro 5 which is perfect for my wife and me.   I loved the interior of the rooms, but was especially fond of the decorating at the lounge areas and the cafe. The vibe was young and trendy and the atmosphere downstairs made you feel instantly welcome. It was very easy to meet nice people and hang out because of several natural hang-out-places.   We loved the morden design of the apartment. The kitchen is fabulous. The location is 5 min walk to Metro/train station.
