Very friendly and helpful staff. Erfurt is a beautiful city with nice shopping opportunities.   One of the finest hotels we've ever stayed at. The old town location is perfect, a short walk to all the sites. Free on-site parking. Immaculate room, everything was brand new and clean. Apartment is also very close to a large number of good places to eat.
