  The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved. The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good). If you prefer the metro the nearest station is just down the street. The parking area is great; they charge 15euro/day. (Still it's an open area so you can drive in/out - We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk). However, the area in which it is located is under construction so reaching the hotel carrying luggage was quite a pain (took us 25 min). In our room we found some brochures at the back of which there were some discount coupons for Madame Tussauds and Sealife. We were happy to use them and get 2 tickets for the price of 1.   1, This is a new hotel in a nice residential area only three subway stops from the zoo station. The subway stop is a block away. 2. Several good restaurants in the immediate area. 3. Excellent buffet breakfast, albeit at 18 Euros a pop. 4. Everything very clean. - Very good place to stay in decent locality. Room good enough for business travel.
