  The apartment is fantastic, very well decorated and comfortable, also very clean with wonderful facilities (inc dishwasher). Both the sofa and the beds are very comfortable after a long day of walking around Berlin! A supermarket and bakery are around the corner as is the metro stop. - The location is great, evething was as expected: our RED apt, at the mezzanine with windows on the garden, was perfect for the 4 days stay with our 2 children. Market at 5 minutes, metro Senenfeld at 5/7, a few nice bars in the surroundings and in Kastanienalle: great neighbourhood!

  The apartment (Heidelberger Str. 3) was excellent. With a tram stop just around the corner travelling around Berlin was really easy and convenient. The apartment itself was really spacious and comfortable, was well-equipped and had strong, uninterrupted wi-fi service. Finally, the agent (that sounds so DDR) who met us was great. One big reason to recommend this apartment is it - - Located on two major tram lines (serving multiple routes), less than 10mins from city centre. - Spacious. - Excellent wi-fi. - Very easy to collect the keys - simply sent an email before leaving the UK with an estimated arrival time, the lady confirmed by text on arrival in Germany and was there to meet us when we arrived (very friendly too). - The central heating system was very good and easy to adjust. - Excellent value for money! Big hotspots like Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburger Tor, Reichstag, Bundestag and Holocaust Denkmal are doable walking. I can recommend this hotel to anyone!

  Good location and a nice courtyard. I was scared at first because I had to call from out front with my cell but they answered straight away and it posed no problem. There was a nice little map showing nearby laudromats, markets, restaurants, etc. This was helpful but also necessary since their was no staff at any time to ask.

Luggage storage is handy and the buffet breakfast for €6.50 is great value and has good variety. Room with private bathroom was really nice and very clean.
