I had a lot of fun meeting new people and experiencing Munich. The rooms are practical and the beds are clean! - Staff was very very friendly and helpful for directions and food hunt. Rooms are clear and quite enough, also depending on who are your room mates. I wasn't very lucky about this, one lady was screaming very loudly in the bathroom early in the morning and two guys wanted to keep the conditioner on at 19°: was very freezing... Alltogether a very good experience in comparison with the few money paid. Also, the breakfast (it needs some € 4.50 extra) is international and very good.

  Counter staff were excellent. Helped us out with an efficient storage system for our luggage as we had an afternoon train booked, and went out of their way to help with printing of emails and vouchers. - Reception staff was very kind and helpful.
