  The staff was very kind, the use of swimming pool was very nice and the rooms are quite comfortable. Frau Rue was very good employe and will get my deepest gratitude for being so nice as she was.   Staff were very friendly and attentive, the room was great. We ate in the restaurant and the food and service was very nice. We got to Kiel late at night and it was great being able to walk across the road to the Hotel and then the next day we walked down to catch our ferry to Norway - great location. It's not the cheapest hotel in town but you get what you pay for - definitely worth it. - Location in front of train station, Kielius airport bus station, shopping mall and shopping mile is more than excellent.
