The staff was friendly and helpful.The hotel is darling--the decor is perfect for a country house without being over the top. It is a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay. Care is taken with every detail. The room was very nice and big, the stuff was friendly and helpful, we felt welcome from the first minute, the breakfast buffet was wonderful and fresh We are coming back in our next trip to Hamburg.
