It's an apartment that comes fully equipped (including TV). It was very pleasant, well designed, clean and comfortable. Nice kitchen, though we didn't really use it. The location is excellent - right on the edge of the old center of Freiburg and across from a park where you can start hiking for miles. My family really liked it. Great location. Parking station down the road, but parking is cheaper if you get in after 7pm. Great view out of window. Fully equipped kitchen. Top floor was a little much with suitcases without lift, but still managable.
kaikki arvostelut » The staff was very helpful with all the questions I had. The apartments were very clean and well-maintained. It was located just a few minutes' walk to the Altstadt. Such a quaint place to stay. Very comfortable. Though staff not available on site always available via mobile and extremely helpful. Rooms were clean and the block out shutters were great. Tourist information was very useful. The kids loved the toy box. Fantastic location, easy access to old city, markets close by. Fantastic. Very clean and great kitchen. Car parking location came in very handy, though we blocked in a few times by builders doing work to the building next door !. Location was convenient, Clean and bright interior. Well stocked with coffee, sugar, dishwashing detergent, well heated. nice with your own kitchen top floor. The space in flat and it bit close to old city ,. Clean and have enough space. Location. The biggest problem in Freiburg is parking There was no parking for us at the apartment (maybe we were late in signing up) and so we put the car in a garage (there are plenty), which cost about 25 Euro a day. Also there is now a regulation requiring you to register your car with the Freiburg city (I am not exactly sure what it is), but you need to get a green sticker with a 4 on it or else you can get fined just for driving in Freiburg!!!. The beds were not very comfortable. Be aware that you will need to carry suitcases up stairs. We had the Penthouse so that was the fourth floor, but the view and atmosphere made up for this. There were dirty plates in the cupboard which we cleaned. Difficult access to the laundry which could have been made so much easier with instructions given at the beginning. Tiny bath and shower. A real handy man With the right skills would be needed for the plumming and some small stuff. Nothing which affect you As a short time stayier. no elevator. Bathroom facilities poor. Im Appartment gibt es keine Seife. We were given the wrong code to get the door key out of the safety box so unfortunately we got stressed especially when no one answered the phone to help us. It was eventually resolved. Also flats above were somewhat noisy! Despite this we had a wonderful time. Having to go to the hotel to pick up the keys from a grumpy unhelpful hotelier was a poor introduction.Only being give one key caused problems with Grandparents, parents and two children getting access. It is a non-serviced apartment, not a hotel or a serviced apartment. No flexibility on check-in time, if you are not there during the given hours, you have to wire transfer in advance. small bathroom. Service and the way of payment which u should pay to bank befor 2 weeks and there is extra charge for bank fees and u most collect key for anther office to go to ur flat and u can't contact oner after 6 pm and weekend and no service for clean up , u most clean flat before u live other wise they will charge u for that. No elevator... Difficult to get into bath/shower and enormous tank above it. No staff/reception,no receipt for payment. Expected to sort rubbish,but only one bin. Amazed we were expected to sweep up and put rubbish out for 90€ a night.
